Who operates this site
The Referee Platform at referee.fairfieldbasketballclub.com supports Fairfield Basketball Club junior referee clinic registration, waiver acceptance, payments when enabled, and secure family management links.
Information we collect
Registration collects participant and guardian contact details, clinic selections, waiver acceptance records, and payment status when checkout is available. Staff authentication uses separate credentials managed by clinic administrators.
How we use information
Data is used to operate clinics (capacity, rosters, waitlists, and registration status), process payments through Stripe when enabled, and send operational messages such as registration confirmations through the Communications platform when configured.
Sharing
Service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing) may process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
Access to family data is limited by role. Retention and anonymization follow program policy and applicable runbooks maintained by platform operators.
