General approach
Junior referee clinics may charge registration fees when staff publish paid tiers. Payment status is tracked in the platform; families should use their secure management link or the clinic contact email for cancellation and refund questions.
Cancellations
If a clinic is cancelled or registration is closed by staff, affected families will be contacted through the clinic contact email with next steps. Refund timing depends on payment processor settlement and staff review.
How to request help
Email schmidt@fairfieldbasketballclub.com with the participant name, clinic name, and registration reference if you have one. Do not share management link tokens in email — staff can look up registrations using clinic tools.
